I've got a new theory as to why journal activity on use Perl; has skyrocketed. We're all making entries as placemarkers. Then we can look at the recent journals slashbox and say, "All the entries above mine are entries I haven't read yet."

My line of thinking has been more of a nag: "Look at all these responsibly posting folks! You haven't posted, you lazy bastard! Why? Because you haven't done anything lately!" etc.
