The power supply on Sarah's Compaq Presario 2001 went out this week. I just got online to order a replacement; a Google search gave me a product result (not sure if this was via froogle or a paid link) for simplemicro.com. They seemed fine and took credit cards, so I ordered from there.
Less than five minutes later my cellphone rang. It was a man from simplemicro.com who wanted to let me know that I'd ordered next day air, and my order would be shipped today, but because Monday was a holiday it would not arrive until Tuesday. Wow. I'm impressed.
