Repeat Oracle gem of the day: using RETURN INTO w/INSERT

I had to do this today, and thankfully I had written about it here before and Google knew how to find it. The subject line isn't very descriptive, so I'm adding this as a pointer so I can find it by looking at all my journal entry titles.

I used to a "style" of earlier journal entries that was very much like other journalists (what we today call bloggers), but which over the years has made it difficult to find things I know I've written about. Now I try to use the same rule I use for email subjects: the title of a message should give the information about the message required to enable someone to determine whether or not they want to read it.
