We ask that all future work requests be made through the Requirements Documentation form (RD-1) below. We stress that the exact form of the RD-1 is not mandatory, but the information requested must be provided. If the information requested would be more appropriately presented in an alternative form, we encourage such innovative approaches. We only ask that none of the information requested be omitted. Sadly, our present workload requires that we spend all of our time on only those requests accompanied by a valid RD-1; we do not have the resources at present to address requests without a complete and valid RD-1.
