You and me

The difference between you and me is that you think that the law is a basis for regulating every individual in society, and I think that the law is a basis for regulating the interface between society and individuals.

Ah but...

In a strict definition:

In general, a rule of being or of conduct, established by an authority able to enforce its will; a controlling regulation; the mode or order according to which an agent or a power acts.

Laws are for individuals who make up a society and by which a society is governed. It isn't an interface at all.

Difference Invisible

The difference between you and I is not one of how we view the law. The difference between you and I is that we have not sat down to find out there are no differences yet.
