Now Cafepress lets you self publish books on demand.
I've found something vaguely satisfying about the cafepress business model from the moment I first saw it, although usually it seems to be used to promote views that make fun of my own. :)

I emphatically agree with that viewpoint. It may be the only thing you and I agree on, but agreement is very strong there.
