I've written an app for my organization that lists of all of the general functionality that Fotango provides. The users of the app can check off the areas of coverage that they are happy with. Once we have full coverage, we release. Seems like a good idea, but I don't know if it will take off. Generally people don't like commiting themselves to things. Developers or designers have to, because they have deadlines. I think that people that are just agreeing to the release don't want to agree to something that someone else may disagree to. I'm not sure that this is done conciously, but I'm sure subconciously it happens. It'll be interesting to see what really happens the few days that lead up to the next release...
