Jaguar is great. Thats all I have to say really. iChat and Rendezvous are great (and I have big hopes for the future of rendezvous/zeroconf). The Finder is great. Minimize-in-place is great. My one gripe is that the various sherlock channels don't seem to work very well in the UK.
In other only slightly related news I've been playing with Cocoa an awful lot. I've got plans for a Fotango iPhoto plug-in, and an implementation of Pipeline in Cocoa, as well as a couple of other secret projects. Cocoa is a very well designed class library, and its a real pleasure to work with.
I hope that Perl 6 has such a nice class library...
