Well, at YAPC, in the computer lab. Last night lots of people got together for drinks and chats. When I say lots I mean really, lots. I think at one point we reached about 30-35 people, including people not involved in Perl. I met a few people I've not met before, and it was all quite a giggle.
Got back to the hotel around midnight, and fell quickly asleep. From what I gather at registration this morning others aren't quite so disciplined :-)
Registration went smoothly, Kevin did his opener, and that was that. Then davorg, grep, myself and others gathered in the cafe until now (reporting from the computer lab).
Must find network access (wired) for the laptop....
Oh, I had an idea for prototypes yesterday. I'm noting that fact here so I don't forget I had the idea. What the idea was I can't remember. I'm sure I will, provided I read this at some point...
