Its about time I sat down and thought a little more
seriously about my lightning talk. I think most people
do this -- send in a proposal with a snappy title and then
forget what it is that generated the snappy title in the
first place. Or at least, I have, both in the past and right now.
I need to sit down and remember what it was I was going to
talk about.
Hmmm...
The title of it is 'Just because it's in Perl, doesn't mean
its good.' And I know it was something to do with advocacy,
and a brief look at some of the things I think are wrong
with *our* language. But I know I wrote a list somewhere,
and now I can't remember where that was.
Ah well, plenty of time to think about it, and I'm off to
Rome for my holidays tomorrow.
