A new term has been born in Jakarta. Not the Jakarta project from Java, but the city of Jakarta in the Java island of Indonesia.
So, don't be surprised to hear "so what gitu loch" being cited everywhere, everytime, by everyone. I bet it even had invaded blogs and chatrooms already. Find the abbr SWGL and you know what it is.
Really, most other pages Google comes up with, are in Chinese. I have no idea what they're about.
But perhaps you mean "Semantic Web Graph Layer", another term that comes up but not too often. That page dates from 1996, which seems a bit old to be the new hype.
