I think their version numbers are global: that every next version number is for any update to the whole site, and not just for this one article.
I'm quite sure all the intermediate version numbers exist somewhere else, too, and that their dates are all somewhere between the dates of these two updates.

Look at the "version number" in the content of the rhs of the diff.
