Locale::Object gets a community

Over the last few months, more and more people have been getting in touch with me to talk about using Locale::Object in their projects. As of today, Jess Robinson (castaway) has kindly provided a Subversion repository for the project in advance of some modifications she's planning. I've also created a #locale-object on irc.perl.org, and a mailing list at Google Groups. If you're using Locale::Object, please stop by and say hi.

Other places to put your repository

Sourceforget is also useful. I only use their CVS thingy myself, but I believe they do Subversion as well.

So I've heard, although I've had some problems getting stuff from them in the past. There's Google Code too - as if I haven't signed off enough of my life to that company already...

This is probably going to be a temporary location, though, as I'm in the process of sorting out some new hosting - at which point I will create an uber-repository for all my stuff (which is long overdue).
