Some (considerable) time ago we stripped the wallpaper in the lounge. I don't especially mind wallpapering, but before we start that job, we need to repaint the window frames. I hate painting. There are three big windows and one really big window in our lounge. I decided to concentrate on the really big one this weekend. The kids and I have scraped off the old flaking layer of paint, sanded the layer underneath and applied filler to numerous holes. When that dries I can sand the filled bits and put on a layer of undercoat. When that's dry I can give it a light sand and then put on a top coat. When that's dry I can give it a light sand and then put on another top coat. Then there are only three more windows to go.
I'd rather be hacking Perl.
