One customer of mine had called me this morning claiming that one service hadn't run because of missing directories.
C'mon... He could have created the directories himself. Fortunately, he was satisfied with an e-mail explaining how to create the directories and fix their ownership.
It would be the last thing in the world having to go there (a few kilometers from home) to create some directories! (There's no SSH in the old firewall --- there will be in the new one I'm installing).
