Upgrading rpm itself is horrible! Due to possible database corruption, every upgrade it is needed to re-run "--rebuilddb".
This thing takes way too much time!
Why is this RPM implementation so inneficient? Debian database has more than 6 thousand packages in a plaintext database and is more than three times faster.
"BURN! BURN! BURN!" would be the words of Beavis, or Butthead, if they had to wait while the database is rebuilt.
