OK, while I'm awaiting for the calzone (dunno if it is writen like that in English, but --- forgive me Italians! --- it is a kind of folded pizza) to arrive I'm still trying to get that Ebers-Moll model for large signal input on transistors a try on octave.
I think I've written it correctly, but it is giving me incredibly high currents for some values of Vbc.
Hmmmm... I think I was enlightened now... I've seen something on my model that I was missing. Looking at the circuit again made light shine on here...

YES! It worked.
Now I must fix the same things for other currents (I've tried only for the collector current).
It made me happy. Now, lets go back to try isolating other terms from these equations to plot the needed stuff...
Ah, if there was an interface to Perl... (I must confess I haven't looked for it before.)
