Thanks to a judge's decision, spam might be considered legal here in Brazil.
She said spam is like the advertisement we get from snail mail.
The difference is that in snail mail, the advertiser pays everything. On the net, companies and people pays for phone calls, bandwidth, etc.
It should be forbidden that clueless people judge cases like that. She could, at least, asked for some consultant to give her advices. I'd do that for free.
