Based on the sample quotes they offer from an online grocery business plan, I think "Leverage distribution system to enter additional product categories" would be strongly allied to failure. Because success at selling Campbells soup over the net obviously translates into success selling power tools and plane tickets. I mean, it worked for Amazon, right?
