I was filling in our contract template and noticed that the latest version reserves exclusive rights to video games derived from the book. I guess they finally learned their lesson after a loophole in earlier forms of our contract let Electronic Arts avoid a bidding war for video game rights to "Oracle PL/SQL Programming Guide to Oracle8i Features".
