User-friendly Applications

I'm putting together a session for OSCON on "User-friendly web applications". I've identified Movable Type and Gallery as must-haves. I'd like to have three in the session, though. Have you found another amazingly easy-to-use web application? If so, please tell me about it!

RT, of course. :)

I've got RT down for technical merit, not for its user interface. Is it really that stunning a UI?

Yeah, I thought about Slash, but I've just heard so many horror stories about installing it that it hardly qualifies as "easy" :-)

Eh, install ain't so bad. Not great. And sucks on non-GNU platforms (patches welcome, of course). But the real point here is that it would sell books for O'Reilly ... isn't it? :-)
