I enjoyed "Gunfight at the O.K. Corral", well the first half anyway--my viewing has been interrupted by the women in the family watching Carnivale on HBO. That show doesn't interest me so much. I'm not a big fan of moody paranormal bollocks.
I was delighted to learn that Fox Sports World will show every game in the Rugby World Cup later this year. I can't wait!
TechTV has some interesting shows coming up on spy hardware, new military toys, and casino technology. I've always been suspicious of TechTV as dumbed-down ComputerWorld with moving pictures. I'm willing to give these shows a try, though.
"Threat Matrix" is jingoistic pseudopatriotic claptrap, a feeble clone of 24. I regret wasting space on my TiVo for it.
The "Ovation" network has a bunch of Howard Goodall history of music shows. All highly recommended.

(update: the second half of O.K. Corral wasn't as good as the first half)
