Movable Type is the weblog system I'm using for my jihaddict blog. It's phenomenal! My only wish is that it could also be a mod_perl module, but it's plenty fast for me as a CGI. (Maintenance is the CGI, the actual user-visible pages are static HTML, created by the CGI when new stories are added)
