Beware rush hour. If you do the 2-hours-early thing, you'll be running through Denver around 8-8:30am. Better to get to the airport extremely early than risk being late.

Thanks for the tip. I'll take the bus--thanks to E-470 there's not a lot of rush hour traffic to deal with. One of the benefits of living in Fort Collins :-)
