I forgot to mention some more stuff.
During the conference I sort of interviewed for a new job. It's for a sysadmin-like position at my alma mater. I talked with the outgoing person to get a feel for the job. Interesting but I'm sort of worried about getting back into a bureaucratic system. My current job is just to perfect for me.
I'm also doing a lot of research regarding appliances. That's fun but tiring. Gotta have them fun toys if one is going to have a comfortable place to live.
