That's sort of how I feel, the center of a chaotic structure.
Drove down from St. Paul to home this evening. My girlfriend has a new job teaching at a new charter school. Should be interesting for her. However, the real dilemma is finding a place to live. We're leaning towards buying a house instead of renting.
Of course this comes at a time when I need to be on my toes with changes we're making to our website since we're getting aggressive in our deals with a VAR that we tried to partner with but they wanted to treat us like indentured servants (at best).
So maybe I'll get some sleep after 10 hours of driving. Then again I could sift through 2+ weeks of mail, work on the web site, or look for houses to rent and possible look at this afternoon.
Long couple of days coming up and I got to get ready for YAPC::A::N as well. Just a lurker, no papers to give or anything, thank goodness.
