That's what my company has become. Unfortunately there is way too much gravity to the situation to treat it so lightly.
Basically what is happening is that one of the founding partners of the company is getting the boot for violating both his non-compete and non-disclosure. He was helped in these acts by the VAR we do a lot of work for/with, about 90% of our revenues. So the other partners are gearing up for a little war with them.
Of course, the real clincher for booting this guy is that he thinks he has done nothing wrong.
Nasty stuff. Maybe I should think twice about the book idea.
