When you hate what you're doing while working your ass off.
I could say that I shouldn't complain since I do have a job is this "recovery". I have a friend that hasn't worked in about 6 months. He essentially can't get a job because he is too good. God bless the IT industry.
I think the dirty little secret of sysadmining is that it's really about people. I can administer hundreds of boxes but it really comes down to dealing with people. Some I can blowoff but others I can't work with because they refuse to change their ways.
Someday I'll be on top of my game and be able to do things that are more enjoyable.
