It's a good day when you can get the tree that's been leaning on your house for 2 days down onto the ground. Not much damage was inflicted on the house.
As an added bonus I did not slice or dice myself with the chainsaw, hatchet, nor loppers. I was extremely gratefully for also not taking a 10 foot plus plunge to the ground.
Of course, now there is a big pile of branches that need to be sent to the community site to be converted into woodchips. There is also a cherry tree that I can use for smoking next year once it cures.
Perl content? I leave that to the article of chromatic's that got posted on /., very amusing discussion going on. I do have to agree though that javascript escaped unscathed by chromatic is an odd thing.
