CHECK ENGINE SOON

My car was at the garage today for attempt three at making the dastardly CHECK ENGINE SOON light stay off. It stayed off until I was a few minutes down the road. After some more digging into what the code could mean, something about a fan in the exhaust system, they think they might be able to fix it permenantly this next Friday. This little orange light has greeted me everytime I've started my car for nearly six months now, and it's getting on my nerves. So far it's cost me over $200 and three wasted trips to two different garages (the first garage gave up on it), thank you Ford for your wonderful engineering.
