I've been using Matt Kettler's anti-drug ruleset for SpamAssassin for the last day or so. It's definitely cut down the amount of pharmaceutical related spams that have been sneaking through. You might want to up the scores from 0.01 to 0.5 or so as I did. There's more custom rulesets on the SpamAssassin Wiki.
