So I'm sitting here with a damp towel on my head wondering why I feel so crappy. I woke up and felt fine but had a chesty cough I didn't have yesterday. By lunchtime I had freezing cold fingers and toes and a fever. I was stiff and achy. Now after four hours in bed and some advil, I'm feeling a million times better. I'm a bit achy with a minor fever (and that damn cough), but I'll live. It kind of felt like flu but without the sneezing or runny nose, and I'm not sure how I got better so quickly. Just the sort of thing that makes Christmas Day extra fun.
