Courtesy of Boing Boing, I found TokyoFlash who sell these crazy (and affordable) watches from Japan.
I couldn't resist the Web Time By ELeeNo which is about the craziest thing I've ever seen. It doesn't come with instructions so setting the time might be a bit tricky...

I love pocket watches. You still get the time, and you don't get some awful piece of metal hanging off your wrist and getting in the way. Plus, if you get a good one, you can stick it on your desk when you work and remove the need for a clock taking up space on your display.-Dom

I actually have one. When I was best man in a guys wedding, that was his 'gift' for the men. I used it for a while, but would then forget to bring it with me!Re:Cool!
