I was at the venue today and everything seems to be perfect
except that they did not have projectors yet
but don't worry, there is no screen to project at
and the Wifi did not work for me,
but I ran out of electricity anyway and could not find a plug.
The catering owner asked me to meet him on Monday to plan things....
and was surprised when I told him we are starting on Sunday, the day before...
other than this everything is perfect :-)
and we ran out of bags as more people signed up than what I expected just 4 days ago.
