Partially based on the Powered by Perl idea of Thomas Klausner and the Why Perl page of PTA I have started to put together a list Israeli companies using Perl and what are they using it for.
There are a couple of names you might recognize
Since the lists were getting too large and awkward I've also broken it into industry sectors. I think it looks a lot better now.
I'm glad to see that lots of companies in Israel are also using Perl. We're still on track then, to take over the world!

We were discussing categorization on our monthly meeting tonight but I did not know what kind of categories to create.Now I have some ideas. Thanks

That is a really nice page. It covers a lot of things that I like to talk to clients about, and them some.
I've been surprised to find out that quite a few clients are still impressed when they discover the difference between an interpreted language and a compiled language, so sometimes I spend some time talking about that.
