Two days ago was my birthday. I surprised myself with some very nice presents:
I installed Subversion and Siesta
They are both great, I love them.
Then I setup the repository and a mailing list for the YAPCoM project. Now you can come and help me with the development.

really, I have to make the site stable in a few days with all kinds of tool available for both registrants and admins so I really need help now.
