YAPC::Israel::2004 will take place on 26th of February 2004. A one day event. I'll send an announcement to the main page of use.perl.org once we have the registration form. In the meanwhile, look around on the web site.
26th of February 2004 is the middle day of German Perl Workshop 6.0.

I know, but it would be hard for us to find a venue at another time. We might be able to move it 1-2 week earlier to mid February if there are a few people from Europe who would attend.So please send me an e-mail ASAP if moving 1-2 weeks earlier will make you decide to come to the conference.
You know, last year only MJD was from overseas.
