A month ago I received a report from my ISP about SPAM complains from SpamCop regarding my server hosting
www.perl.org.il among other things. I did not deal with the issue as I had no idea what the problem was.
Since then it seems our listing on bl.spamcop.net is fluctuating. Sometimes we are on the list somtimes not.
I really don't know what to do with this but I see even some of the messages sent to Israel.pm are bouncing from sites that use SpamCom. It's getting bad.
