- link to "CPAN TESTERS" in author page
- link to "Annotate this POD" in module page
That's going to be fun. What about a link to CPAN REVIEWS of a given author? Would make easier to scan through the impressions on someone's work.

Well, CPAN ratings are already there at module level. I haven't said anything about CPANTS rating, as it is too controverse by now.

seems not all modules get both. some got none (Authen::Captcha) , some got one(Config::Tiny).
