Looks as though Halloween has finally overtaken Germany, including the tiny and calm town I am living in.
Just yesterday we went into the sneak preview and were actually glad not to see the new Halloween movie. When doing the obligatory pub crawl afterwards, we were less lucky. Everywhere people were acting as though Halloween would really matter in this part of the globe. I guess people were just seeking another opportunity to celebrate Carnival II. Dreadful, the real Carnival will start in ten days (11.11. at 11.11am tradionally) and seemingly nice people will turn into some form of Hulk and Mr. Hyde combined. :-/
