My record for today (and so far): continued with a parallel version of the housholder algorithm, installed the latest whois
client which I had to patch to work with the latest libidn, triggered the unrar-ing of a 1.7GB .rar archive.
The outlook: fill my cup with coffee for the third time and start with the re-design of Device::CDROM according
to Adrian Howard's suggestion to mimic the setup of DBI/DBD.
