Fighting back on Joe-jobs?

Some f*wit spammer has been forging addresses from one of my domains, and I'm having to cope with an influx of bounces. The bounces that come with bodies attached all point back to the same "online pharmacy" .biz site.

What's the current best practice for fighting back against this crap? Ignore it and suffer? Nastygrams from lawyers? Nukes?

DNS is your friend

1. Look up the DNS records and see if you can find a real name, address, phone number, email address, etc.

2a. If you can afford a lawyer, sue the pants off the person.

2b. If not, retaliate using the information you found in the DNS records. You could start by returning all bounces to the real email address of the culprit in at least triplicate. Then you can get nasty! Subscribe the person to every snail mail, email and phone solicitation list that you can find. >:)

I don't know what the legal implications of 2b are but it sure would feel good to do it.
