The short story
After seeing London.pm take over the YAPC::Europe 2008 stats again, I suggested starting a group called not_London.pm, which should be able to beat London.pm on the scoreboard. Due to a traitor on #austria.pm, Greg learned of this plan and consequently declared war on Vienna.pm (As a point of order, I regard the formation of !London.pm as the act of war - Greg). Which we of course accepted.
The "war" will take place at YAPC::Europe 2008 in Copenhagen and consist of three rounds of battle, "fought" by the leaders of each group, that is Greg McCarroll for London.pm and Thomas Klausner for Vienna.pm
- Playing a cowbell version of guitar hero (To be created by domm and Greg) while drinking white wine between rounds (Austrians have a high tolerance for this apparently - Greg).
- A cooking contest

Neutrality

As a part of the organizing team, I must hereby inform you that Copenhagen.pm will be neutral in this "war".
Looking at the 3 rounds of battle I have a few comments.
1. Playing a cowbell version of guitar hero (To be created by domm and Greg) while drinking white wine between rounds (Austrians have a high tolerance for this apparently - Greg).
As for the cowbell battle, this will most certainly break several international conventions, so we will attempt to provide innocent bystanders with the proper protective measures.
2. A cooking contest
For the cooking contest will have to take place in a neutral kitchen facility of sorts, so in order to provide this Copenhagen will take a neutral stand point and will see to that the battles are carried out according to international agreements and at a acceptable hygiene level.
3. Arm wrestling
Well arm wrestling is arm wrestling, we will not intervene in any way.
