I haven't been paying much attention to BeOS lately. If I had been paying attention, I would have noticed the BeOS Developer's Edition, which adds quite a few features to the standard BeOS distro, including drivers, apps and Athlon support.
I also didn't realize there's a new(er) version of gcc out for BeOS on bebits - maybe that will help build Perl and Ruby. Then again, maybe not.
