My solution to fuckheads like this involves a pair of pliers and a blowtorch.
...by showing how stupid and counterproductive some patents (and the related patent laws) can be.
But sued companies are fighting back. I guess now it's "wait and see"... if the judges are as stupid as the laws.
(Sadly, when I read this entry, the
idea that struck me first is "this looks like the
anti-abortion hit list"...
