I've been futzing around with Eclipse 2.0 the last couple of days, trying to use the Ruby plugin (there is no Perl plugin that I'm aware of).
I can't get the plugin to work right (it just seems to hang when I try to run a program), but it's still useful as an editor and source control tool. It also inspired me to get CVS configured and running on my local box just so I could see how it would work. :)
