Today I'm fumbling around, trying to learn MS PowerPoint. I've never actually created a presentation before, so I figured I better learn now. Otherwise, I'll be using a marker and a board at RubyConf, although that would suit me just fine as well - I'm used to it. Hey, Jeff Friedl used hand-drawn slides at TPC '98, so why not?
I wrote down all my ideas in gvim originally, and what I thought would only be a portion of my presentation has turned into a subject all by itself. I just kept thinking of new stuff to add while I was writing and there are still a few things I left out!

You want me to use a Perl tool in order to create a Ruby presentation?BLASPHEMER!
Seriously, I thought about it and I may yet do it. We'll see.
