MP3.com gripe

So, I ordered a CD from mp3.com. The band is called "Ash Ferry" and I ordered it based on a couple songs I had heard on BeosRadio. I got it in the mail this weekend, so I thought I'd bring it in to work and listen to it here. Three gripes:

1) Instead of putting the songs in the root directory of the CD, they created a subdirectory. All this accomplishes, IMO, is to prevent the autorun function from working. While I normally hate autorun, I like it for music CD's.

2) The mp3 tracks are encoded at 128 kps. Why? Why weren't they encoded at the max? There are only 12 songs on the CD. It's not as if there wasn't plenty of space.

3) No song titles. That's right. They couldn't even spend the time to give the tracks the appropriate names. Instead, they got numbers like "445982". Lovely.

None of this is the fault of Ash Ferry, but I'm going to write to the band and see if they know what's going on. What a half-assed operation this is. I won't be ordering any more CD's from mp3.com.
