A new release of Spreadsheet::WriteExcel is out. Some handy methods have been added and the documentation has nearly doubled. Very nice.
I was forced to plug in the old hard drive temporarily to back up some files that both I and the girlfriend had forgotten. Oops.
I gave DBIx::XHTML_Table a try today, since some of the pointy haired ones have decided they want their data in a warm, fuzzy HTML table instead of an MS Excel spreadsheet. Sigh...
My Roxio CD Writer software, under Win2k Pro, is locking up for no apparent reason at various points during the write operation, usually at or near the end. Three CD's down the tubes, with nothing to show for it. I boot into Windows 98, use the old HP Software, and everything works ok. Hmmm...
After thinking about it, I can't really find a good reason to install Win2k Pro on the new drive. The scanner never did work right, and some software just seems flaky.
