I've just been reading over Tim Bunce's Advanced DBI slides. There is some really excellent stuff in here.
On a side note, am I the only one who has tried to use the page-up/page-down keys while viewing online presentations? It doesn't seem to work. ;)
Space should as well

For structured documentation like manuals, slide presentations and so on where you know what the next page is, there's no excuse for the browser not being able to bind a keystroke to "next page". It's a crying shame that people don't ask for this feature more often.
Mozilla's link toolbar comes somewhere close, but it still needs to be bound to a keystroke, IMHO.

Firefox's just-type-to-search feature makes it just a two-key affair to navigate (press N and ENTER keys to go to the next page). Admittedly, it's not the same as page-up and page-down keys, but close enough for me.
Thanks for the link, BTW.
